Have any doubts? - Buckshotap

There may be a few BW customers that have not purchased a BW bow yet & really wonder if BW is the kind of company we all say it is. Well, I have owned many BWs over a lot of yrs. & never had any warranty issues. Guess my number came up. One of my bows has a slight "dog leg" curve in the top limb. The bow has been shooting just fine. I hadn't noticed it until it was brought to my attention. Sent it to BW & Toby says there is no way to fix it. What are we going to do? Well,I don't have to do anything. Toby & the crew are going to build me a brand new bow! Have any doubts? I don't!

Since 1994 for me , but have never had an issue with any of the bows I bought. They are " good folks" for sure and build a super line of bows.

Ken Beck always made a point of doing his best to take care of any problems in a quick and timely manner. Roger, Toby, and John have done an fine job of continuing that tradition. There is no one that does a better job of taking care of their customers period! Black Widow is number one!

Been with them since the Mid 80's-Never and issue. That's why Black Widows are the only bows I own.

In the mid 80's my first widow developed a crack in the riser. They gave me two choices build a new bow or repair. Ken said he wanted to try something different in regards to the repair. He assured me that if anything happened it would still be under full warranty. Having to send my one and only bow in made me realize the need for a backup bow. So my proposition to Ken was build me another mb same specs as my other one at a discount and repair the original. With no more warranty on the original. I am proud to say I am still shooting both bows today with no problems what so ever. Top shelf company all the way.

The only real doubt I have at this time is whether I can stand the anxiety related to waiting on that new PSRX! Glad I have no known heart issues! Maybe it will only be one of those 4-5 week waits like a couple other guys had awhile back.
