Shoot three under - Emilio

Hi all, I have been shooting split fingers during all my live, but due to a problem on my elbow, I feel now much more confortable pulling the string three under. All my bows are tillered for split, my question is: Is there any problem if I change now to three under?, should I send my limbs to be retillered to three under?, or just placing the nock a few higher I will get good results?? Thanks in advance and good luck with the Globbers!!!!! Emilio.

I switched to 3 under a few yrs. ago & have never looked back. I could not find that it made any difference if the bow is tillered for split except you may need a little different nocking pt.. If you check with Roger, I think he will also tell you there is little difference between split & 3 under.

Same here - I shoot three under and I have no problem shooting a split tillered Widow. I have even had a couple short 54" inchers and they shoot great. I set all my bows up with a nocking point tied above and below the arrow - keeps the nock from traveling down the serving when I shoot. Good luck !
