PLx (longbow) - Andy Man

What brace height are you running your PL's with My PTF's I have found 8 7/8" to give the best results for me, but with the PL I can go up and sown the 7- 7 3/4" range and can't really decern much change in noise, vibration, feel the higher end did seem to weaken the spine slightly, other than that can't note much change???? thanks

Hello Andy man, I set my 62" PLX fistmele @ 7 3/8 for best performance... I shoot 55lbs @ 27" draw... and shoot 60-65 spine cedars, cut to 29" 145 gr tip for 566 gr total... Black Widow string with 2 musk ox silencers one on each side of serving... I can see/feel a difference in shock & noise, when changing fistmele, but I'm not sure if that difference is less so than my PSA's Do you use the same grip (wrist placement) with both PL and PTF ? db ><>

Thanks David; Mine is a 62" 50#@26" PLX = shooting douglas fir 27"BOP with 125 grain heads; shooting heel down as I have always shot a longbow can notice a difference in the PTF with brace height change , but the PL seems simular or too simular for me to tell any change will play with it some more, Thanks again

I have been running mine at 7 1/2" it shoots pretty smooth, quiet & accurate. Mine is a 64" 55@28 PLX T/D. I am shooting 29" Gold tip 55/75's with a 100 grain brass insert's with a 175 grain point.
