problems with lighter bows - Animal

I went from pulling 55# to 48#, both PA models, and find it difficult to bareshaft tune the 48#. I think I've accounted for all of the basic variables; proper spine, relatively good dynamic release, etc. My overall form isn't perfect, but neither is most anyone else. Now I'm thinking it may be muscle memory meaning I'm used to pulling heavier weight and may not be getting as good a release as I thought. Any comments? Thanks.

I have always had issues bare shafting. Some bows it's easy and others just never get one to fly straight. I have accepted its me and not the bow. I know it helps if I really keep my hand parallel the string with elbow low. Get them close then compare broadheads to field points. It they group together, you are fine IMO

Bareshaft tune it with a clicker. It will drastically improve your release and ensure the same draw lenght. Its hard to get a clean release with a light bow. Ive been there too..
