turkey season - Willie

is everyone who is hunting with a bow ready for turkey season.i am and since i am retired i have been practicing up everyday (weather permitting) for 3 months. my bow is tuned perfectly (as least for me) and i have great confidence in it. i have harvested 5 gobblers with recurves in my life so i am going to try and get 1 this year also.my shooting for the last month has been totally on 3 d turkey targets. i am using the bull head broadhead and i am going for the head.i got my dsd decoys ready also. my FIRST 5 shot today at a 3-d turkey target@ 35 steps were as follow: 1st. missed head to left by 1 inch 2nd. arrow stuck in head 3rd. arrow stuck in head 4th. arrow grazed top of head 5th. arrow stuck in head i shot field points but when season comes in i will have the bull-head.they shoot good also but have a hiss to them going thru air.

Willie, I would like to try the Bullhead. I am going on a turkey hunt on the 3rd of may. So I have time to shoot the BH and set it up to my bow. Do you shoot the same arrow as your normal set up? I have heard that a person needs to shoot a stiffer arrow for the Bull Head. I would like to know if you are using a stiffer arrow for this head or the same arrow for your regular broadheads. Thanks.
